Projects, Retrofit, and Service
Most of our inquiries do not start with a machine name. They start with a problem: a mill that never reached its promised capacity, a classifier cutting too coarse, rollers that keep blocking. Our job is to get from that problem to the right project, revision, or service path.
Retrofit and Revision
Not every plant needs replacement. We revise, correct, and stabilise existing grinding systems — including imported mills that underperform their specification. A retrofit review covers classifier cut behaviour and circulating load, airflow and pressure drop, cyclone, filter, air-lock and feed-control behaviour, wear-sensitive components, and mechanical vibration where the root cause is confirmed.
Consultancy and Project Support
For new investments we support technical evaluation, process review, machine selection, and plant integration — from material characteristics and fineness targets to the complete grinding and classification flowsheet, commissioning, and operating documentation.
Service and Spare Parts
Operating continuity depends on the wear-critical components. Our service scope covers:
- Mechanical sealing for pendulum rollers
- CNC-machined seal housings and bearing-hub revision
- Ultra-bushing conversion for vibration damping
- Pendulum-mill spare and revision parts
- Periodic maintenance supervision
