Aksa Process Plant Teknik is an engineering company based in Çanakkale, Türkiye. We design, supply, and revise grinding and classification systems for the mineral and process industries — a specialisation built up machine by machine on installations in five countries.
Track Record
Our engineering background covers 23 documented pendulum roller mill installations in Türkiye, Greece, Spain, Saudi Arabia, and Ukraine, together with rotary thermal process equipment — preheaters, rotary kilns, calciners, coolers, and dryers — delivered for producers of magnesite, calcite, dolomite, barite, kaolin, feldspar, quartz, and petcoke.
Aksa Process Plant Teknik has operated under its current corporate identity since 2022. The reference base behind it was built by the same engineering team on earlier projects, and every installation in our reference list can be discussed in technical detail.
Engineering Approach
We start from how a system behaves in the field, not how it looks on paper. Machine design, process conditions, material behaviour, wear character, maintenance reality, and classification performance are evaluated together — because in a grinding plant they fail together.
A large share of our work arrives as correction work: plants ask us to make an installed system finally perform. Diagnosing and fixing someone else's mill is the hardest test of machine understanding, and it is where our know-how in sealing, vibration damping, and classifier behaviour has been proven.
